Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who actually operates the “H gas station” in Dong-gu, Gwangju, and Defendant B was an employee of the said gas station.

No person shall supply, sell, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products, or supply, sell, store, transport, or store substances containing petroleum products, petrochemicals, alternative petroleum fuel, carbon, and hydrogen for the purpose of manufacturing or using them with fake petroleum products.

Nevertheless, the Defendants: (a) removed the identification system by passing through the leisure equipment containing active coal and mountain white sand; and (b) conspired to sell the shot and light oil mixed with light oil to unspecified customers who find the gas station as if it were normal transit at the ratio of 2:8.

From then on October 20, 2015, Defendants stored 280 marbs, including 16,000 liters and 200 marbs, for the purpose of manufacturing fake transit.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to manufacture and sell fake transit products, or stored and stored them in order to manufacture and sell fake transit products.
