A Imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and for one year, respectively.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A operates F gas station in Gwangju Northern-gu, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “F gas station”), and Defendant B operates H gas station in Nam-gun G in South Young-gun.

1. Although the Defendants’ joint crime is prohibited from engaging in the act of manufacturing, importing, storing, transporting or selling fake petroleum products, the Defendants were in custody of Defendant B in H gas stations.

The government intended to manufacture fake petroleum products by mixing them with those on which identification has been removed and sell them.

A. Defendant A committed on January 26, 2017: (a) purchased transit 24,00liters from F station on January 26, 2017 from I to store them in transit tanks; and (b) Defendant B was kept in custody of H station.

Along with the removal of identification, 4,00-liter 4,00-liter of fake oil was loaded in the Incheon JJ tank vehicle and mixed with a ice in the above light tank, a conspiracy was made to manufacture and sell fake petroleum products 28,000-liters in total to many unspecified customers at around that time.

B. Defendant A, who committed the crime of February 23, 2017, purchased 16,00 square meters via Ldcop from Ldcop around February 23, 2017 and stored in the transit tank. Defendant B was kept in the H oil station.

Along with the removal of identification, 4,00-liter 4,00-liter of fake oil was loaded in the Incheon JJ tank vehicle and mixed with the lake in the above light tank, it was manufactured 20,000-liter of fake petroleum products in collusion, and around that time, sold 24,780,000 won in total to many unspecified customers.

2. While Defendant A was prohibited from selling light oil as fuel for vehicle machinery, the Defendant, at around February 23, 2017, sold 82.35 liter oil equivalent to 102,00 won on the vehicle of the Incheon JJ tank operated by B at the F oil station around February 23, 2017.

3. Defendant B’s act of manufacturing, importing, storing, transporting or selling fake petroleum products.
