Punishment of the crime

Now, J and M accepted the defendant's proposal.

Accordingly, the Defendant, from March 2015 to June 18, 2015, had S, T, and U, a tank engineer, transported a quantity equivalent to 120,000 liters of fake petroleum products produced by G to L gas stations as above in the Geumsan Storage Place, and transported a quantity equivalent to 70,000 liters of fake petroleum products to P gas stations, and transported a quantity equivalent to 70,000 liters of fake petroleum products to R gas stations, and received an amount equivalent to 200 litress of money from J and M in cash.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold fake petroleum products in collusion with the above G, I, etc.

2. The Defendant, from July 2015 to September 8, 2015, was a person who actually operated and managed a X gas station in the name of Jung-gu Incheon City, Jung-gu, Incheon, and appointed Y as a director of a X gas station to commission the practical operation and management of the X gas station, and through Y, G and F.
