Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 2015, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by driving around about one hour in the victim C’D’ restaurant located in the north-gu Busan metropolitan area around 11:30 on May 2015, 2015, in a manner that the victim C’s 'D’ restaurant located in the north-gu Busan metropolitan area had no food massage and did not respond to the demand for eviction while taking a bath at around 11:30 on the day.
