A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant lost a wall in Seo-gu in Gwangju around February 2015, and was assaulted by two males in the name presumed to be a guest of the drinking house in the vicinity of Gwangju, and then was fluencated about D’s drinking house and nearby drinking house, and found in the front of D’s drinking house upon withdrawal of alcohol and nearby drinking house.

A pedagog or a signboard, etc. at the place of the flag was fed by a car.

1. On November 1, 2016, around 05:10 on November 1, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s drinking business by force by putting a signboard in front of the “D” drinking house operated by the victim E (V, 60 years of age) in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and preventing customers from entering the victim’s drinking house by emitting a signboard in front of the “D” drinking house, thereby obstructing customers from entering the victim’s drinking house.

2. On November 17, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim on November 17, 2016, by: (a) around around 05:50 on November 17, 2016, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the victim’s drinking business by force by failing to enter the D’s drinking house; (c) preventing customers from falling into the D’s drinking house by emitting garbage in front of the said D’s drinking house; and (d) preventing customers from falling into the D’s drinking house.

3. On December 3, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the business of December 3, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s “H” business by force by putting the victim’s signboard under the influence of alcohol in front of “H” operated by the victim G (38 years of age) in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju and preventing customers from entering the “H” by putting the victim’s signboard under the influence of alcohol and flying a large interest.

4. On January 1, 2017, around 04:00 on January 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s drinking business by force by failing to enter the victim’s drinking house by generating water in front of the drinking house of the “J” operated by the victim I (Inn, 36 years of age) who was in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; and (b) preventing customers from entering the said house of “J”, thereby obstructing the victim’s drinking business.
