A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) observed the victim G (47 tax) with a view to having a view to being in a way that is not good for peace, in the “F Party Chapter” operated by the victim E located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si on July 31, 2015; and (b) during the victim G with a different trial cost, the Defendant was suffering from the victim G.

“Along with the end of 20 minutes, customers, who were able to go to the face of the Victim G, are not allowed to enter, and customers, who were able to go to the face at the front of the 20 minutes above the end of the gu and left the place, such as putting the victim G with a view to 150cm in total length and putting the victim G at the right hand, and continuously putting the victim G’s face at hand.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted injury on the victim G, such as the right hand knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife

2. On August 2, 2015, around 00:30 on August 2, 2015, the Defendant appeared to have a victim G (47 years of age) in the place indicated in paragraph (1) at around 00:30 on August 2, 2015, and had the victim G take a look at the victim G while she she gets off the victim G by drinking, making the victim G her bath at one time during the victim G while she she she was taking a look at, thereby making it impossible for the Defendant to enter the said party hall, and let the customers leave the place.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence against the victim G, and interfered with the victim E party funeral business by force.

3. 2015

8. 12. Around 02:00 on August 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) expressed a desire to the victim E, the head of the watch room, and (b) prevented customers, who had entered the watch room for about 30 minutes, from entering the watch room; and (c) allowed them to leave the room.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim E's party funeral business by force.
