A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:20 on July 28, 2016, at the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu; (b) without any special reason, for the victim who works in the kitchen, without the influence of alcohol.

3. 2016. 9. 말경 업무 방해 피고인은 2016. 9. 말경, 부산 남구 J에 있는 피해자 K 운영의 L 슈퍼 앞 계단에서, 술에 취해 특별한 이유 없이, 혼자서 큰소리로 욕설을 하다가 슈퍼에 들어가려는 손님들에게 “ 씹할 새끼야, 뭘 쳐 다보 노 ”라고 욕설을 하는 등 시비를 걸어 손님들이 슈퍼에 들어가지 못하게 하는 등 20분 상당 행패를 부려 위력으로 피해자의 슈퍼 운영 업무를 방해하였다.

4.
