2. On November 16, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice to sell LG options on the LG options bulletin board at the above location, “NVER”, and made a false statement to sell a mobile phone to the victim F who reported and contacted this writing on the same day.

However, the defendant did not have the above mobile phone so that he did not have any intention or ability to send goods even if he received money from the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 113,00 from the money in the name of the Defendant to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (E) under the name of the Defendant on the same day and acquired it by fraud.

3. The Defendant’s indictment on November 28, 2014 is written on November 24, 2014, but it appears to be written in writing.
