A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Criminal facts

On October 10, 2012, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “assigning a male post-mority house business” on the Internet NAVER’s bulletin board in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Yeonsu-gu, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon on October 10, 2012, and made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would send money to the victim C who reported and contacted with the above letter.

However, there was no intention or ability to send the thing.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 50,00 won from the victim via the Defendant’s Cit Bank account at the time of such deception, and acquired 1,493,00 won in total on eight occasions from such City to November 21, 2012, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

On October 31, 2012, 2012, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that he/she sells a mobile phone (Blopon) air on the Internet NAVV online bulletin board, and made a false statement to the effect that he/she would send money to the victim D who reported and contacted with the above writing.

However, there was no intention or ability to send the thing.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 80,000 won from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives in the name of the Defendant.

On November 26, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would send money to the victim by reporting a letter posted to the effect that the victim E would purchase a game machine in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, on the Internet Neneber “China” bulletin board, and sending money to the victim.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the goods.

The defendant deceivings the victim as such and is deceiving him from the victim.
