1. Defendant F Defendant F shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;
2. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates a prepaid phone (referring to a mobile phone in which advance payment can be made) with the name of "H" in Busan Dong-gu G 3406, Busan, and Defendant B is a person who works for the said agency as an employee.
1. On August 2013, the Defendants engaged in fabrication of private documents and uttering of a falsified document with I working on another prepaidphone agency, and the Defendants conspired to sell the prepaidphone itself or to deduct only the core chips installed on the prepaidphone, using the fact that the prepaidphone can be used when advance payment of the charge is made, and that the nominal owner cannot be aware of the illegal use of another’s name due to the absence of the nominal owner’s demand for payment of the charge.
On September 2, 2013, according to the above public offering, for the purpose of using the pre-phone joining at the above H agency, Defendant A shall exercise overall control over all the affairs of Defendant B, Defendant B shall color the sales office of the pre-phone to open by stealing the name, and among which, I, stated “J, K, September 2, 2013” in the customer information column of the “pre-paid mobile phone new and pre-paid mobile phone change contract” kept within the agency, “J, K, September 2, 2013,” and “J” in the date of application, and then sent “the pre-paid mobile change contract” in the name of the JJ, the head office of the pre-phone, the head office of the pre-phone prior to the date of application, which is located within the agency, as if the document was duly formed to the person in charge of the pre-paid mobile change.
As a result, the Defendants conspired with I to forge the ‘pre-paid mobile phone change contract' in the name of J, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and exercised it.
The Defendants conspired with I, from that time until February 12, 2014, are private documents regarding the rights and obligations in all of the following methods, as shown in the annexed Table of Crimes, from that time to February 12, 2014.
