Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a prepaidphone opening agency from around December 16, 2013 to the third floor of Daegu Jung-gu with the trade name "F", and Defendant B is a person who works as a management employee of LG Plus Communications Officer from January 15, 2004 to February 2013 and retires and works as the above F employee from around December 2013.

The Defendants solicited Defendant B to open a prepaid phone without permission by using personal information of LGplplers customers, from which Defendant B left the above LGpller’s communications room, and sell it, thereby raising profits.

1. The Defendants conspired to open a prepaid phone by stealing the name of the subscriber as above. From December 23, 2013 to January 4, 2014, at the above F office, Defendant B entered “G” and “H” in the name column with a black pen, and then arbitrarily stated false information in the contact column and address column with the applicant column at the bottom of the application. The Defendants forged the above prepaid phone subscription application form in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations, with the signature of G from December 23, 2013 to January 4, 2014.

2. The Defendants are invited to open a prepaid phone by stealing the name of the subscriber as above. On January 1, 2014, the Defendants sent one copy of an application for subscription to a prepaidphone in the name of counterfeit G at the above F office as described in paragraph (1) by facsimile to employees who are unable to know the forgery and sent one copy of the application for subscription to the prepaidphone in the name of counterfeit G at the above F office by facsimile from December 23, 2013 to January 4, 2014, and the prepaid phone in the name of the above G, etc. which was forged over 82 occasions from December 23, 2013 to January 2, 2014.
