A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above imprisonment shall be postponed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

On April 2014, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days, even if he/she received the transfer of the motor vehicle from B, on the roads near Pyeongtaek University located in 3825, as Seo-si, Pyeongtaek-si, 3825.

3. On April 2016, the Defendant had the automobile registration number plate kept in custody at the police station as a result of the failure to pay a fine for negligence on the above CKan Kan Round, and the Defendant had the intention to forge and attach it.
