A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except for the cases of offering allowances, actual expenses, other benefits under the provisions of the Public Official Election Act of 2014 high-class 148, no person shall offer or express an intention to offer money, goods, or other benefits, or give or receive any promise, direction, solicitation, mediation, demand or acceptance of such offer, in connection with the election campaign regardless of the pretext, such as allowances, actual expenses, other compensation for volunteer

On April 28, 2014, at the office of the president of the “F” in Busan, the Defendant was requested on April 28, 2014 to the “F” candidate for the 6th nationwide City/Si/Gun local election, and the Defendant received KRW 1 million in cash from I, upon receiving a request from Jin area residents to “drawing to support himself by directly notifying the young people through the respective school operating committee and parents’ associations, etc., of the values related to education they had promoted at the time of his/her own employment or sending text messages to them.”

Accordingly, the defendant received money from I in relation to the election campaign.

No person of "2014, 192" shall receive contributions from any person, the contribution of which is restricted under the Public Official Election Act, or recommend or request contributions with respect to elections.

On April 20, 2014, the Defendant was a person residing in the constituency of the election district of the head of the KS of the 6th nationwide City/Si/Gun/Gu, and was provided with food of KRW 70,000 in the street near the " Q" in Busan, upon receiving N’s request from N to help the election campaign by the head of the KS.

As a result, the Defendant received contributions from N in which contributions are restricted in relation to the election of K head of the Gu.
