The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Except for the cases of offering allowances, actual expenses, other benefits under the provisions of the Public Official Election Act, anyone shall not offer, express an intention to offer, or promise, instruct, induce, demand or receive any money, valuables, or other benefits in connection with the election campaign regardless of the pretext thereof, such as allowances, actual expenses, compensation for volunteer service, etc.

From January 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a person who had served as C’s secretary while referring to C as the Chairperson; (b) was instructed on April 6, 2014, to prepare jobs for E in connection with the election campaign from Police Officers of the 6th regional election of the Busan Metropolitan City captain of the Do Do Do Gun; (c) around that time, contact E with E via mobile phone, stating that “C is responsible for election campaign, and may help them carry out an election campaign; and (d) on April 28, 2014, the Defendant continued to act as the Chairperson of the Office of “G” located in the Busan Metropolitan City Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun ” to receive money and valuables from C to assist C with an election campaign and delivery of money and valuables to the head of Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun Gun ”.

Accordingly, the Defendant assisted the act of receiving money from E in relation to the election campaign as above.
