Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On January 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the District Court of Jung-gu, and the execution of the sentence was completed at the prison of Jung-gu on July 16, 2014.

【Criminal fact-finding on September 2016, the Defendant: (a) was unable to operate a passenger car any longer by being kept in custody of the front number plate of the said vehicle from the office of the office of the office of the Incheon Nam-gu; (b) the Defendant forged the vehicle number plate and attached it on the said vehicle and continued to operate the car.

Nevertheless, the Defendant forged a car registration number plate in the same manner as the entries in the same paragraph at the time and place as mentioned in paragraph (1), attached the forged car registration number plate as if it were duly formed, and used a forged car registration number plate from January 30, 2017 to February 15, 2017.
