A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was on board due to the delinquency in the payment of administrative fines.

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall use any forged or forged vehicle registration number plate;

Nevertheless, at around 08:00 on August 15, 2017, the Defendant forged a car registration number plate in a way that he manufactures a car plate identical with the size of the car number plate for the above car in the household of the Defendant located in Gohap-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gohap-gun, and enters it into “B” by using a white paint on that day, and used the car number plate forged on the same day in the front of the car number plate for the above car.

2. On February 19, 2018, the Defendant, at around 09:00, manufactured a car registration number plate in a manner that, in the Defendant’s residence located in Gohap-gun, Gohap-gun, the Defendant made a car registration number plate in a manner that, at the same time, he manufactures a car plate identical to the size of the car number plate for the said car project and enters it into “B” using a white paint on that part.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a car registration number plate, which is a mark of public office, for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. On February 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) attached a forged car registration number plate to the front line of the said car car; (b) exercised the car registration number plate, which is the symbol of a forged public office, by operating the said car at the front line of the said car at Gohap-gun, Gohap-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun on February 16, 2018.
