A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Criminal facts

The Defendant committed the crime of December 14, 2017, at around 11:21, December 2017, 2017, in the victim G’s clothes store located under “F point” located under the “F point” located in Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, and caused the theft of female clothing equivalent to the total amount of KRW 282,80,000, total market price of which is equivalent to KRW 39,800,000, total market price of which is 39,800,000, managed by the injured party by taking advantage of the gaps in the supervision of the above employees.
