Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 4 months for larceny in the Suwon District Court's Sungnam Branch's branch on April 1, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 19, 2013 and is currently under suspended sentence.
Around 09:40 on August 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting the amount equivalent to KRW 60,220 on his/her own bank prepared in advance, such as he/she was placed in the Dmatet located in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, in the state of lacking decision-making capacity due to shock disorder caused by interference with food, depression, etc.; and (b) turning the amount equivalent to KRW 60,220 on another exit where the calculation system has not been installed, without calculating it from the calculation unit.
[2014 Highest 6644] The Defendant has weak ability to make decisions due to shock disorder, depression disorder, etc.:
1.
