Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On September 14, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Northern District Court, and was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Cheongju District Court on August 21, 2008, and completed the execution of the said sentence on April 30, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 10, 2012, between 11:00 to 12:00, the Defendant entered the F shop managed by the victim E on the sixth floor of the D department store located in Speaker-si C, and stolen it with a total of KRW 19,500,000, an amount equivalent to the market price of KRW 6,500,000, using the gaps in which surveillance was neglected.

2. On May 10, 2012, between around 11:00 to 12:00, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in the H stores managed by the victim G on the sixth floor of the pertinent D department store, in which surveillance was neglected; (b) obtained a total of KRW 13,200,000, which is equivalent to the market value of KRW 4,400, and stolen it.

3. On May 10, 2012, between around 11:00 to 12:00 on May 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gap in which surveillance was neglected at the J new storage store managed by the victim I on the fourth floor of the said D department store; (b) took advantage of the gap in which the market price was 79,400 won, and stolen it.

4. On May 10, 2012, between 12:00 to 14:00 on May 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gap in surveillance neglected in the L Store managed by the victim K on the sixth floor of the pertinent D department store; (b) took advantage of the gap in supervision neglected, the Defendant stolen the sum of KRW 119,40,000, including one set of female stacks equivalent to the market price of KRW 29,800; and (c) one set of female stacks equivalent to the market price of KRW 29,800, the market price of KRW 59,800.

5. On May 10, 2012, between around 13:00 to 14:00, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected on the part of the victim M of the seventh floor of the pertinent D department stores; and (b) stolen it by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance was neglected; (c) one punishment equivalent to KRW 258,000 in the market price.

6. On May 10, 2012, the Defendant neglected surveillance in P stores managed by the victim O on the fiveth floor of the above D department store.
