A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime in B Burial on July 23, 2016, on the following occasions: (b) around July 23, 2016, the Defendant was stolen by inserting the clothing, etc. equivalent to KRW 700,000, totaling of KRW 700,000, including KRW 5,000,000, market price of KRW 35,000, by putting the victim D (age 33) in a cresh located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, by taking advantage of the gap where surveillance of the victim D (age 33) was neglected; (c)

On August 2016, the Defendant committed the crime at first-come Bab, 2016, on August 15:30, 2016, by using the gap where surveillance of the victim D(33 years of age) in the Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime by inserting any 110,000 won in total, including 2 punishment for women’s playts and 40,000 won in the market price, and 1 punishment for south bank, etc. in excess of 35,00 won in the market price.

Around August 2016, the Defendant committed a crime in the E Clothing Burial: (a) around 20:00, around August 2016, the Defendant discovered oral expressions displayed in the “E” clothing store located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with intent to steal them; and (b) stated “K” in the written indictment of the victim G, which appears to be a clerical error in the “G”.

(Evidence Records 115 pages) With a crepan of surveillance over 33 years old, a female oral 1 emergency vehicle, which is equivalent to the market value of 39,000 won, was put in a new room and stolen by a method.

4. Around August 2016, the Defendant committed a crime at H clothes store: (a) with the intent to commit a verbal theft on the H clothes store in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, around 20:10 on the same day as the indicated in paragraph (3); (b) with the intent to commit a theft; and (c) with the intent to put the victim J (27 years of age)’s oral 1,000 square meters of market value into a female room, using the gaps in which surveillance by the victim J (27 years of age) was neglected; and (d) with the intent to commit a theft by inserting it

As a result, the Defendant committed a theft of approximately KRW 868,90 on four occasions.
