A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant stolen property owned by the victims of the total market value of KRW 6,183,00 in total eight times as follows, in a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a divided mobility disorder, etc.

1. On September 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 16:05, at the “E” store operated by the victim D with the fourth floor of the 4th floor of the Suwon-si Suwon-si Building C; (b) the employees of the said store displayed the gap in which the Defendant did not report to the Defendant at a different place; and (c) the market price equivalent to KRW 255,000 at which the said store had been displayed at a different place.

2. On September 4, 2015, around 16:40 around 16:40, at “G” stores operated by the victim F in the sixth floor of the C building as indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant left one point at the market price of 79,000, where the victim displayed a cre in which he did not report the Defendant at a different place.

3. On October 18:12, 2015, at the “I” store operated by the victim H on the third floor of the C building as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant: (a) laid off one of the 1,580,000 Alphacote et al., where the employees of the above store did not report the Defendant, and laid off the 1,580,000 Alphacote et al. at the same location.

4. On November 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) moved to the “K” store operated by the Victim JJ on the third floor of the C building as indicated in paragraph (1) around 16:40 on November 15, 2015; (b) the victim displayed a gap in which the Defendant did not report the Defendant at a different place; (c) the victim left one point of 740,000 spood khys.

5. On November 24, 2015, at the “M” store operated by the victim L in the first floor of the building C as stated in paragraph (1) around November 13:3, 2015, the Defendant carried out a mincing 1 point in the market price equivalent to 860,000 won at which the victim displayed the gap in which the Defendant did not report the Defendant.

6. The Defendant, at around 16:00 around December 24, 2014, at a “O” store operated by the victim N in the sixth floor of the C building as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, is to be engaged in the cres in which the victim did not report the Defendant.
