A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on March 25, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Branch of Seoul.

1. On May 27, 2016, around 10:58 on May 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off the packaging flaced by the victim E in front of the bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with one hundred and seventy thousand won in cash owned by the victim at the bottom of the storage space where the victim was placed in the other flacing part of the storage space where the flacing string of the flab, the sum of the money exchange prices of which is equivalent to KRW 300,000,000 in Japan; (b) one driver’s license, one passport, one vehicle key, one vehicle key, etc. where the market price cannot be known; and (c) cut off the flac, a flabbbbbbing hand bag where the market price cannot be known.

2. On June 4, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of June 4, 2016: around 12:31, 2016, at a “H” store managed by the victim G in the first floor of the Seoul Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F Building (hereinafter “H”); and at the display stand in the display stand in which the victim was temporarily locked, the sum of the market prices of 1.5 million won in the display stand in which the victim was placed in the display stand in the other place shall be deducted from the second half of the display board in which the victim was 1.5 million won in total.

In other words, they stolen them.

3. On June 14, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime: (a) around 17:10 on June 14, 2016, at a so-called “K” store managed by the victim JJ of the first floor in the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I building; (b) around 17:10 on June 14, 2016, at a so-called “K” store in which the victim countereds other customers and displayed in the display stand in which the management is neglected, the sum of the market prices of 1.7 million won in total shall be deducted from 1.4 K gold bars, which are 1.7 million won in total, to 2 reduction the display board.

In other words, they stolen them.

4. The Defendant committed the crime of June 22, 2016, around 18:18, 2016, at a “N” store managed by the victim M of the victim on the first floor of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Building L, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. The Defendant is suffering from three gold 14 K clings equivalent to the total market price of one million won, where the victim had displayed the gap in which management was neglected while opposing other customers.
