A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 2019, the Defendant: (a) around April 2019, at the “D store” managed by the victim C of the first floor in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with one difficult color source equivalent to KRW 375,000 in the market price where the victim’s surveillance was displayed in the above store.

2. Around May 2019, the Defendant: (a) around May 2019, at the “F store” managed by the victim E on the first underground floor in B, as indicated in paragraph (1) around May 2019; (b) the Defendant placed two clothing points equivalent to KRW 1,025,000 in total of the market price, including one “finites of the grasus pattern,” and one “finites,” the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 570,000, where the victim’s surveillance was displayed in the said store.

3. On June 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00 on June 2, 2019, at the “H” store managed by the victim G in the first underground floor as indicated in paragraph (1) B, the Defendant left one “test color fluor” worth KRW 495,00 in the market price where the victim’s supervision was neglected; and (b) at the “H” store managed by the victim G in the first underground floor as indicated in paragraph (1) B.

On June 15, 2019, around 18:05, the Defendant: (a) around 18:05, on June 15, 2019, 18:05, at the “K” store managed by the Victim JJ on the first floor of Gangnam-gu I Seoul, the Defendant placed two clothes equivalent to KRW 1,596,00,000 in total market price, such as one store of “Drecinus nuclear source” in the market price of KRW 598,00,000 in which the victim’s supervisor was displayed in another store.

5. On June 15, 2019, around 18:30 on June 15, 2019, the Defendant, at around 18:30 on June 15, 2019, carried 1, “N store” managed by the victim M on the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul L Building, with two points of clothes equivalent to the market value of KRW 322,00,000 in total, including the “fluench flus” under the market value of KRW 161,00,000, where the victim was displayed in other stores.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the total market price of KRW 3,813,00 on five occasions, respectively.
