Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date of the conclusion of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are male and female, D and E are the parents of the Defendants, and F are the children of Defendant A.

The Defendants, together with D, E, and F, committed several times (limited to partial change of members who conspired during several times) with the Defendants: (a) attempt to steal the gap in which the monitors’ surveillance was neglected on the first floor of Et G located in Et G located on the 3.1-ro 137, Mat G, North Gun-si, North Korea-si, and the first floor of the event; and (b) attempt to steal the said spread in the manner of leaving the said store or leaving the said store.

1. Defendant A conspired with E to steal the above doer, as seen above, and then, from around 14:25 to around 15:40 on December 14, 2017, Defendant A neglected the surveillance of H’s source of the Mart G point of the damaged party in the above store. Defendant A, who was displayed in the above store managed by the injured party, went away from the above store by referring to 19,00 won, and Defendant A, who was displayed in the above store, to 19,000 won.

As a result, Defendant A stolen 2 punishment together with E.

2. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. The Defendants conspired with D and E to cut the above domination, as seen above, and then failed to monitor the source of H’s surveillance of the Mart G point of the damaged party in the above store from 18:47 to 18:57 on December 14, 2017, and the Defendant B went out of the said shop, respectively, by putting up one set of one set of “the man-racul cum crums (market price equivalent to 129,000 won)” displayed in the above store managed by the injured party, and D put up one set of one set of the above points, and E went out of the said shop.

Accordingly, the Defendants stolen three punishments in collaboration with D and E.

B. As seen above, the Defendants conspired with E and F to steals the above domination, and then caused the gap between 17:04 on December 15, 2017 to 17:21 on the part of the damaged party in the above store H’s supervision over the Mat G point of the damaged party in the above store, and the Defendant A parked the vehicle in the above store parking lot.
