A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2017 Highest 7455] On October 19, 2017, the Defendant, at “D” stores located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul on October 20, 2017, 200: (a) was stolen by putting two fronts of the line where the market price owned by the victim E could not be known by his employees due to the gaps in monitoring.
[2017 Highest 7665] around 13:03 on October 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed in the “G” household supplies store located under the “G” 1st floor E103 underground of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building; (b) placed 15,000 clothes at the market price managed by the victim H, who is an employee of the place, in the Defendant’s household room; and (c) brought the Defendant a theft by putting the Defendant into the Defendant’s house. [2059 Highest 8,059] around October 15:18, 2017, the Defendant used a 232,000 square meters of the market price owned by the victim, which was displayed at the 1st floor of the I building of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and used a theft method by inserting eight (8) shopping.

1. On October 8, 2017, at around 15:27, the Defendant: (a) placed in the store display stand in the “M” camera located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L, by using the gaps in which employees’ surveillance was neglected; (b) thereby cutting down the amount equivalent to KRW 33,00,000, KRW 31,000, KRW 31,000, KRW 39,000, and KRW 39,00,000, of KRW 39,000, in the color plastic bags.
2. On November 8, 2017, at around 11:56, the Defendant: (a) placed in the store display room using any gaps in which the employees’ surveillance was neglected; and (b) stolen the Defendant’s tamper’s test color, which was displayed in the store display room, by inserting the amount equivalent to KRW 17,000 per one market price into a bank.
[2017 Highest 8198] The Defendant was located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, from around 12:00 to around 13:00 on September 24, 2017, and the Defendant brought about 1 to marbbbblers equivalent to 15,000 won at the market price in the above store display stand by taking advantage of the gaps in which surveillance by the victim T, the location of which is located, was neglected.
