All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is as shown in the attached Form B, which assaults Defendant A, and Defendant A has damaged the honor of Defendant B.

The crime of assault and defamation is a case in which a public prosecution cannot be instituted against the clearly expressed will of the victim (Articles 260(3) and 312(2) of the Criminal Act). The Defendants expressed their intent not to punish the other party on May 29, 2020. As such, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
