All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is as shown in the attached Form, thereby impairing the honor of the victim C by openly pointing out false facts.

This is a crime falling under Article 307 (2) of the Criminal Code and cannot be prosecuted against the victim's express intent under Article 312 (2) of the Criminal Code. The victim submitted a letter of withdrawal of complaint to the defendant on May 20, 2020 after the prosecution of this case was instituted. Thus, all of the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
