A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

Criminal facts

From February 2, 2011 to February 2, 2012, the Defendant worked as an employee of E mobile phone sales store in Songpa-gu Seoul (hereinafter “portable phone sales store”) in Songpa-gu Seoul, while engaging in the opening of a mobile phone, customer management, etc.

1. Crimes committed on October 21, 201;

A. On October 21, 201, the Defendant forged a private document, and the event of the above investigation document, without authority, forged a new service contract under the name of AK in the name of AK and one copy of the terminal installment transaction contract in the name column for the customer registration number column, “AK” in the resident registration number column, “AK” in the resident registration number column, and “AK” in the signature column, respectively, and forged a new service contract under the name of AK in the name of AK and one copy of the terminal installment transaction contract under the name of AK, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and submitted it to an employee under his/her name and exercised, respectively, without authority.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place stated in the preceding paragraph, went through as if the Defendant was AK, submitted a forged new service contract and a contract for the installment sale of terminal devices to an employee in the name of the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd., and opened one mobile phone in the name of AK. The Defendant failed to pay a total of KRW 1,056,270,000 for the mobile phone use price and installment payments, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

2. Crimes committed on December 28, 201

A. On December 28, 201, the Defendant forged a private document, or uttering of a falsified document, holds a copy of an AO’s identification card, etc. at the aforementioned mobile phone sales store, which is a customer on his/her business, and without authority, holds the “AO” and the resident registration number column in the name column using a black pen.
