Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employee of the “F” mobile phone sales store located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, which entered into a contract for the consignment of a mobile phone with the SKT Telecommunication Agency (representative D). The Defendant was willing to arbitrarily open a new mobile phone in the name of customers by using an application for subscription and a copy of identification card prepared by the customers of the above sales store through the opening of a mobile phone.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. A. Around September 4, 2014, the Defendant, including the application for mobile phone subscription in the name of G, entered “G” in the name column in the name form for the SKT new service contract, terminal installment sale contract, and the application form for fee discount system kept in that place, entered “G”, “H” in the resident registration number column, “H 202” in the address column, and “G” in the customer column, and signed “G” next to that name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant forged the new contract for the SKT service in the name of G, the contract for the installment sale of terminal devices, and the application for the discount of fees.

B. On October 7, 2014, the Defendant, including the application for the mobile phone subscription in the name of J, signed the “J” on the name column of the SKS new service contract, the contract for the installment sale of terminal devices, and the application form for the fee discount system, which was kept in the said place, stating “J”, “K in the resident registration number column, “K” in the resident registration number column, “L building 319” in the address column, and “J” in the customer column, and signed the “J” on the back of the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant forged each of the SKT service new contract under the name of J, terminal installment trading contract, and the application form for the discount of fees.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. Around September 4, 2014, the Defendant for the uttering of a false investigation document under G name is a “F” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and the Defendant is a “C” employee who is aware of such forgery.
