Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2016, around 09:00, the Defendant, on a road with a volume of approximately two meters in width located in Incheon Reinforcement-gun C, a large volume of stones (a.e., a 70 cent, a 50 cent quantity) around the road, and a hack pipe used a hack pipe to block the passage of the general public.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with traffic.
