Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2014, from around 10:00 to 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant parked ckes on a non- packing road of about four meters wide-breadth located in Sacheon-si B, which is a public place for the traffic of the general public without limited to a specific person, and which is a place of a public nature where many and unspecified persons, vehicles, and horses are allowed to freely pass, thereby hindering traffic by allowing them to pass along the above land.
