Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.50,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2012, the Defendant installed fences at the entrance of the road to and from Macheon-si, Macheon-si, to lock the keys, and obstructed traffic by allowing the passage of the general public without limiting to a specific person.
