Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 3.5 meters alley in front C, a 3.5 meters radius from C’s wall; and (b) 1.95 centimeters away from C’ wall to C’s wall, the Defendant shacked the pipe to the above land, which is a public site for the traffic of the general public.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with traffic.
