Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2009, the Defendant interfered with traffic by leaving two posts (50 cents and height 1 meter) on a road with a width of 3 meters in front of Incheon Strengthening-gun C (D Factory operated by the Defendant), which is public use for the traffic of the general public, without limited to a specific person, by allowing an unspecified number of people or vehicles and horses to pass along the above land, which is a place of public character in which they can freely pass through.
