A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 04:00 on December 28, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.060% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 5km from the right to the island located in front of the 759 km-gu in the south-do at the port of North Korea at the port of North Korea to the right to the island located in front of the 759 km-gu.
