A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on May 2013 (Forgery of private documents, uttering of private investigation documents, and occupation of fraud);

A. (1) On May 27, 2013, the Defendant acquired E’s driver’s license in a mutual singing room located in the substitute of Osan-si and exercised the forged account transaction application form in the name column of “E”, “F”, “E” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the address column, and “E” without authority for the purpose of exercising the signature on the name side of E’s name and signature in the signature column. On the same day, the Defendant forged one application form for the account transaction in the name of E, which is a private document concerning rights and duties without authority, with the intention of using the signature on the name side of E and signature in the signature column. The Defendant exercised the forged account transaction application form as if he had duly formed the forged account transaction application form at the point south of Osan-si branch without knowledge of the forgery.

(2) On May 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated in the column of the subscriber to the application for a new subscription to the LGplus in the column of the bank of bankruptcy; (b) stated in the column of the subscriber “E”; (c) in the customer address column; and (d) stated in the applicant column the applicant column “E”; and (c) forged an application for a new subscription to the mobile phone in the name of E, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the signature on the name side of E; and (d) exercised the forged application for a new subscription as if the aforementioned application for a false subscription was duly established.

B. At the place of port entry, approximately 500 meters away from each other’s mobile phone sales outlet, stating “E”, “F”, “G 405”, and “E” respectively in the column of the subscriber to the new contract of the SK Telecom service, in the column of the resident registration number, in the column of the customer address, and in the column of the applicant, in the name of E, a private document concerning rights and duties without authority for the purpose of exercising signature on the side of the E’s name.
