Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 19, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on the 27th of the same month by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (mariana) at the Incheon District Court on the 2013rd of the same month.

1. Defendant A around May 2012, around the Gangnam-gu Office Officetel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) 200,000 won from (b) having known of the usual domicile; and (b) sold approximately two grams to that person.

2. Defendant B

A. On May 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 200,000,00 from the Plaintiff, who was known to and located in the above Ktel, for about two grams of marijuana.

B. The Defendant, around May 2012, in the vicinity of the Ltel in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul), received KRW 400,000 from C, known to ordinary people, and thereafter, received KRW 40,000 from him.

As in the same paragraph, two grams of marijuana purchased were dried and sold.

C. On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) 1 million won was dried from the above C and sold about five grams to them in the vicinity of the said Ktel.

3. Defendant C

A. At around May 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 400,000,00,000 to the above B, who was known to the general public, and purchased approximately 2 grams from them.

B. On May 2012, the Defendant stopped on the side of the road from the Han River that was located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, the Han River that was located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to the extent that the Defendant stopped on the side, and the above 3-A.

As in the same paragraph, the marijuana was smoked by inserting approximately oneg of the marijuana purchased in pipes made of stuffed paper and attaching a fire.

C. On June 2012, the Defendant: (a) within the passenger car parked in the Nart clubs parking lot located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) the said 3-A.

As stated in paragraph (1), approximately oneg of the hemps purchased shall be placed in pipes made of stuffed paper, and a fire shall be attached thereto.
