1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. On March 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mexacopon (i.e., one philopon) into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them by dilution after dilution.
B. On March 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of Mespactamins into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them by means of dilution after dilution, in a single-use injection machine.
C. On March 2012, 2012, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of Mespheroid in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu DMota, Incheon, in a single-use injection machine, and injected it by means of dilution after dilution.
On April 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1g of Mespheroids in Eelher in the vicinity of the East Cancer, into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them by means of dilution after dilution.
E. On April 2012, the Defendant putting approximately 0.1g of Mespheroids into a single-use injection machine, and administered them by means of dilution after dilution.
F. At around 04:00 on June 1, 2012, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of Mespheroids at the above C Park toilets in a single-use injection machine, and administered them by means of dilution after dilution by inserting them in a single-use injection machine.
G. Around May 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered KRW 2.50,00 from G, which was known to ordinary people in the vicinity of the said C Park, and sold approximately KRW 0.35g to that person.
H. At around 16:00 on May 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) laid off KRW 2.50,000 from G around the above C Park; and (b) sold approximately 0.35 g of Mesamin to that person.
I. At around 18:00 on May 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) taken KRW 2.50,000 from G in the vicinity of the above C Park; and (b) opened approximately 0.35 g of Mesa-min.
