A Imprisonment for two years, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, this judgment is delivered to Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an English instructor of a driving school, the defendant B is a graduate student, and the defendant C is not a person handling narcotics as a company member.

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On November 201, 201, the Defendant purchased 150,000 won from K in total from K in total, as indicated in the [Attachment 1] Nos. 1 to 12, 201, from K in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and from K in Pyeongtaek to K in Pyeongtaek, and purchased approximately 1,50,000 won from K in total, from that time to June 201, as indicated in the [Attachment 1] Nos. 1 to 12.

B. On February 2012, the Defendant sold 22 grams in total to B, etc., as indicated in [Attachment Nos. 13 through 23] 11 times from around 2012 to June 7, 2012, in the Defendant’s residence in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, after having a usual knowledge of 1,50,000 won from B, and selling 1g of hemp to his/her female, as well as selling 1g of hemp to his/her female, as indicated in [Attachment Nos. 13 to 23].

C. Around June 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received 300,000 won from the above Defendant’s residence with the request to rescue marijuana; (b) received 300,000 won from the above B; and (c) mediated the trade of marijuana between K and B in a way that she saw about 2 grams to the above B, after receiving about 300,000 won from the above K to the above B.

Around June 14, 2012, the Defendant, at the residence of the above Defendant, carried approximately 0.67 grams of hemps in a way that sets up approximately one cand ( approximately 4.14g) containing marijuana ingredients in his/her dwelling space, with a view to smoking.

E. On May 2012, the Defendant, along with B, smoked in the pipe of tobacco, made by the said Defendant at his residence, and on a stuffed paper, in a way of smoking by inserting approximately 0.2 grams of the hemp, and attaching a fire to it.
