A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Trading, giving or receiving marijuana over a total of seven occasions;

A. On July 201, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana 10,000 won in cash per 1g of marijuana in the vicinity of the H coffee shop in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and in return, he purchased and sold 1-2g of marijuana from I.

B. On September 201, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 1-2g of marijuana from I and purchased and sold marijuana in the form of a 100,000 won in cash per 1g of marijuana in the vicinity of the said H coffee shop; (b) around September 201, the Defendant sold it.

C. At around November 2011, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana 1-2gs from I and in return, 100,000 won in cash per 1g of marijuana. D.

On February 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 1-2g of marijuana from I; and (b) purchased and sold marijuana 100,000 won in cash per 1g of marijuana in the vicinity of the K hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu.

E. On April 2012, the Defendant received, without compensation, approximately 4g of marijuana from I, in the vicinity of the above K hotel.

F. Around July 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 1-2g of marijuana from I; and (b) purchased and sold marijuana in 100,000 won per 1g of marijuana in return, in the vicinity of Gangnam-gu Seoul apartment; and (c) purchased and sold marijuana.

G. Around August 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased approximately 1-2g of marijuana from I; and (b) purchased and sold marijuana 100,000 won in cash per 1g of marijuana in return.

2. The Defendant introduced a man-made M in receipt of I’s request to introduce marijuana seller from October 2012 to November 2012.

Accordingly, I around that time, from K5 passenger cars parked on the H coffee shop near Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, about 4g g marijuana from M and paid 600,000 won in cash in return for this.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of marijuana between I and M.

3. The point of smoking marijuana which covers not less than 12 times in total.
