A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated by the accused respectively.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On April 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the light rate of narcotics control at the Busan District Court on April 19, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the original prison on June 24, 2014.

C) On December 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (a) after having “I” located in the Nam-gu Busan metropolitan area H, sold approximately KRW 2.4 million to D with approximately KRW 2.4 million on a dry-ro and scopon.

D) On December 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around J in Busan Island E, the Defendant: (b) purchased approximately KRW 2,40,00 from D, 200,000,000,000 for 10 and 20,000,000,000.

E) On June 10, 2015, the Defendant sold approximately 400,000 won from G and approximately 2 gram of phiphonephones in front of the “L convalescent Hospital” located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan.

F) On August 2015, the Defendant: (a) sold approximately KRW 700,000 from G and approximately 4.89g of philophones, following the “L convalescent Hospital” located in the Busan Western-gu, Busan; and (b) sold approximately 4.89g of philophones.

(2) On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of phiphonephone into a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected into the arms after being melted by the Defendant.

B) On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) around the mid-term Felon’s care room located in Busan Ho-gu, Busan Ho-gu, about 0.0 Handphones.
