Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the defendants is against the defendants for one year from the date of the judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 17, 2015, the Defendants were married to the Defendants, Defendant A’s children of D, who died around 09:46 on December 17, 2015, and D’s husband, E, son and son F, and G.
After the death of D, the Defendants solicited the Defendants to withdraw their deposits in the accounts in the name of D through theization of the fact that the Defendants had the passbook and seal.

2. Crimes committed at a point in the white village with the agricultural cooperative in the previous week;
A. On December 17, 2015, the Defendants forged private documents at a point in the white paper with the former Sogjin-gu Seoul Agricultural Cooperative located in 662 as the white paper around 15:11 on December 17, 2015, and Defendant B was kept there.
