A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From January 22, 2018, around 05:00 on January 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the password of the management room, which was first known in the first floor of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, into the management room; (b) intruded into the management room; and (c) took one deposit passbook, one copy of the personal bank; (d) one copy of the personal seal impression; and (e) one key of the building master.

On January 22, 2018, at around 09:19, the Defendant entered “E”, “E,” and “D(F)” in the column of the account number in the form of a written request for a deposit kept at a location located at the Doksandong branch of the Korean bank located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as Geumcheon-gu, on the account number column of the deposit amount, and affixed the above D seal that the Defendant stolen by the Defendant on the name next to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant has forged a letter of request for deposit in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, exercised the instant investigation document as if it were a document duly formed to G, a bank employee who was aware of the forgery, as described in paragraph 2.

4. Fraudulent and attempted fraud;

A. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 2, proposed a forged request for deposit and the Defendant’s seal as described in paragraph 2, who stolen the above D, and deceiving the said G as if he had a legitimate authority to withdraw the deposit in his passbook.
