A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court on October 11, 2013; on January 28, 2015, the judgment became final and conclusive on September 22, 2016; and on September 22, 2016, the Seoul Central District Court was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for an attempted crime; and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 20, 2017.

[Criminal Facts]

1. In a place where it is difficult to know the place around June 5, 2013, the Defendant changed a private document: “1305 E 18,000,000,000 s 1500,000 s s 18,000,000 s s 15031; “1304 F s 38,000,000,000 s s s 38,000,000,000 s s s 170781; “1306 s 2,000,000 s s 38,000,000 s s 37,98,000 s s 37,98,000,000 s s s 3777,1277,” respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendant modified a copy of the passbook in the name of “agricultural cooperative”, which is a private document on the proof of facts.

2. The Defendant entered “D”, “G”, “G”, “agricultural cooperative”, and “agricultural cooperative” in the name of the institution in the column of transaction, at the same time and place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, and at the same time and place as that set forth in the statement of savings deposit transactions, and at the same time and place, the Defendant entered “B”, “B”, “G-05-27 E 18,000,000,000,000 [12] 15031”, “203-06-04 F 20,000,000,000 38,000,000 - [20,000], and 203-0,000,000 - [20] - [38,000,000 - [20,000,000 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the details of savings deposit transactions in the name of “agricultural cooperative”, which is a private document on the proof of facts.

3. Exercising a falsified or falsified document;

A. On June 5, 2013, the Defendant, at the I hotel near the I hotel located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, displayed to J a copy of the passbook altered as described in paragraph 1 and as shown in paragraph 2, the details of the savings deposit transaction as if it were a document duly formed document.

B. Around June 13, 2013, the Defendant knew of the above and the alteration in the trade name in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Branch Office. Around June 13, 2013, the Defendant did not know of such alteration.
