Punishment of the crime
Defendant
On April 26, 2017, A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment for fraud at the Gwangju District Court, which became final and conclusive on May 5, 2017.
Defendant
A is a person operating "J" as a side of the business of the business of the business of the business of the business of the business of the production and construction in the Gwangju Mine-gu, and each of the defendant B, the defendant C, the defendant D, and the defendant E is an operator of the business of the business of the business of the use of energy in the facilities promoted as a part of the new renewable energy business in the Agricultural and Fishery Food Department of Agricultural and Fishery Products.
The above K is an energy-saving facility support project implemented to reduce the management burden of farmers and fishermen due to increase in prices of international oil and agricultural materials, and to promote the efficiency of energy use, each local government selects a facility farmer who intends to construct the above K as a subsidized project operator in 2011, and the subsidy related to the above project shall be paid on condition that the subsidized project operator pays 40% of the total project cost and 50% of the total project cost as a self-paid project cost after 2012.
After completing construction from the above K farm with its own shares, the Defendants used evidentiary documents, such as the details of the project, the certificate of self-payment, etc., which were submitted to the above K farm, and attempted to receive subsidies by manipulating the documents as if the Defendants were to receive the full amount of self-payment from the other Defendants, who are the agricultural artists of the facility selected by Defendant A as the subsidized project operator.

On October 2012, Defendants A and B jointly commit the crime demanding subsidies to the public officials in charge of energy use efficiency projects in Gwangju Nam-gu L, Gwangju-gu, stating that “The amount of KRW 14,400,00,00, out of the total project cost of the K’s 36,240,000, which is a subsidized project operator in Gwangju-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju-gu, is actually borne by Defendant B, and thus, the said construction has been completed.”
