1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

In January 2007, the Defendant entered F Co., Ltd., located in the window E in Changwon-si, and worked as a quality group from around 2009, while working as a quality group. The Defendant requested a public institution to test and analyze the pressure valves (such as Damp, Ebrid, etc.) of Samsung T&C, which are supplied to Samsung T&C Co., Ltd., the main trading company, and submitted the test report from the public institution to Samsung T&C Co., Ltd., the Defendant general control over the work of submitting the test report received from the public institution.

1. Crimes involving pressure valves;

A. From July 2010, the Defendant, at the F Quality Group Office of the FF Group, did not have undergone quality inspection of Ebrid at the research institute of materials affiliated with the Korea Institute of Machinery Research, the Defendant forged the test report in the name of the head of the research institute affiliated with the Korea Institute of Machinery Research, which is a private document document, for the purpose of exercising authority, one copy of the test report previously kept and recorded the necessary number in a knife, and then attached “6.9” in the density of another test report (1032-0310) previously kept in custody at a knife, and one copy of the test report in the name of the head of the research institute affiliated with the Korea Institute of Machinery and Machinery Research, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact, at the date of publication.

(2) In July 2010, the Defendant did not undergo a quality inspection of Ebrid at a material research institute affiliated with the Korea Institute of Machinery Research at the F Quality Group Office, the Defendant, despite the absence of any record of the quality inspection of Ebrid, had a copy of the previous test report and recorded the necessary letters and numbers in knife, and “SMK 1010” in the name and sample list of another test report (1032-0312) previously kept, “SMK 10.58” in the chemical component C, “0.58” in the chemical component SN part, “B” in the date of issuance, and “A on July 15, 2010” in the name of the head of the research institute affiliated with the Korea Institute of Machinery Research, which is a private document, for the purpose of exercising certification without authority.
