1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 2007, the Defendant entered the National Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd. (hereinafter “Naccaca) located in Gangseo-gu, Busan, 1013, 101-1, and has been working as D agency until now. Around April 2007, the Defendant requested a public institution to test and analyze the 9 frequently-run fishing, turba, etc. supplied to E, which is a main trader, and submitted the test report received from an official institution to E.
1. From September 2012, the Defendant: (a) had not undergone quality inspection of fish at the office D office of the Korea Chemical Testing Research Institute (TAP-016369) at the above office D office; (b) had not undergone quality inspection of fish, using a computer program called “TAP-02515” which was previously kept; (c) on April 22, 2011, the Defendant entered “AP-0515” in the receipt column; and (d) on May 4, 2011, “B” at the date of completion of the examination; and (d) on May 4, 2011, the Defendant entered “B” at the date of publication; and (d) had the result of the examination in the test column in the name of the President of the Korea Chemical Testing Research Institute (TP-252515), and entered the results of the examination in the name of the President of the Korea Testing Research Institute (TP-2515); and (d) had the same authority as the Korea Test for forgery from May 31, 2015.
2.
