1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2011, the Defendant joined Youngcheon City Co., Ltd., Ltd., which is located in Yongcheon City B, and has been working as a quality control team employee until now, and requested a public institution to conduct testing and analysis of low-speed engines for carbon transmission installed in Samsung Tech, which is a main trading company, and submit the test results received from a public institution to Samsung Tech.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the foregoing Company’s office; (b) notwithstanding the absence of a quality inspection on the said windows by the Korea Chemical Testing and Research Institute, the Defendant forged one copy of the test report in the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Testing and Research Institute, which is a private document pertaining to the certification of fact, by making the date of receipt from “ March 20, 2008” to “ March 20, 2012”; and (c) making the date of completion of the test as “ April 16, 2012” from “the date of completion of the test” to “the date of completion of the test as “the date of April 16, 2012”; and (d) making two copies of the test report in the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Testing and Research Institute, which is a private document pertaining to the certification of fact.

B. At the same time and place, the Defendant, despite the absence of any record of quality inspection of the above nuclear fuel assembly by the Korea Chemical Laboratory, made two copies of the previous test report (D) in a knife with the number required in one copy, attached other parts, and then copied them. The date of receipt from “ March 18, 2002” to “ March 18, 2008,” and “ March 26, 2002,” thereby making the date of completion of the test from “ March 26, 2002,” to “ March 26, 2008,” thereby forging one test report in the name of the president of the Korea Chemical Laboratory, a private document pertaining to certification of facts.

2. On April 4, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the events of the above investigation documents and the business thereof, and even though there was no quality inspection conducted at an authorized institution, the above windows from the victim Samsung Thete Committee.
