A Imprisonment for eight months, Defendant B's imprisonment for ten months, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,00,000, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who served as the head of F branch from around 2010 to around 2012.
G Promotion of the signboard maintenance project for H commercial buildings, I and J stores for the purpose of creating scenic view in G in 2010, 2000, 20% of the replacement amount at the time of the signboard replacement is borne by the owner of the subsidized business, and the remainder 80% of the subsidy (do non-1.1,00,000 won, 1.1,000,000 won, 1.5 million won for each shop). A subsidized business operator submitted a project application, subsidy application, etc. at G, submitted a subsidy application, etc., to submit a document evidencing the construction-related tax invoice, etc. when the construction is completed after receiving a subsidy from G Si as a document.
As above, the Defendant explained to the subsidized business operators of the signboard maintenance project promoted by the victim G to the effect that they replace free signboards, and let the said subsidized business operators apply for the project, and let the said subsidized business operators submit an application for subsidies by withdrawing the amount of the project at the victim G, and let them receive the subsidy.
A. The Defendant related to H 19 stores is obliged to pay 20% of the cost of replacing the signboard to the shop owners as the subsidized project operator, but the Possssium, the president of the H commercial signboard improvement promotion committee, after explaining to the effect that the Posium would replace the signboard under the condition that the shop owners do not pay their own shares, the Posium, the chairman of the H commercial signboard improvement promotion committee, and the Posium in N around May 2010, the above shop owners would have the Posium M of the H commercial signboard improvement promotion committee, who was delegated by the above shop owners, pay their own shares as shown in the attached Table 1.
