A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an assistant project operator for the construction of a senior citizen center in the Kancheon-gun I, and the defendant B is the senior citizen of the J community in the above I, and the defendant C is the representative director of the L corporation in K in the Yacheon-gun, and the execution contractor of the construction of the senior citizen center in the Jacheon-gun.

In 2014, Kcheon-gun I's projects to build a senior citizen center was implemented with the total project cost of KRW 100,000,000 (the local subsidy of KRW 70,000,000) and the local subsidy of KRW 30,00,000 was decided on November 5, 2014 to be granted to Defendant A, who is a subsidized project operator, the local subsidy of KRW 70,00,000.

On October 2014, the Defendants collected KRW 70,00,000 from the J Village’s Fund at KRW 15,000,000, and the actual amount of self-payment is not more than KRW 15,000,000, the Defendants were entitled to receive KRW 70,000 as if the amount of self-payment was the cause of 30,000,000. At that time, the Defendants entered into a contract for construction work at KRW 85,00,00 for the construction work of the J Village New Project at the time.

Defendant

A, according to the above mother's mother, requested a local subsidy of KRW 70,000,00 to the victim's house-gun located in the Dongcheon-gun, Macheon-gun.

In fact, however, the actual project cost was 85,00,000 won, excluding the local subsidy of KRW 70,000,000, not the local subsidy of KRW 15,000.

The Defendants received KRW 70,000,000 from the public official of the office of the office of the damage Macheon-gun, for the purpose of local subsidy on February 27, 2015, from the Defendant to the agricultural bank account under the name of the Defendant A, and conspired to attract the victims to deliver property.
